Join an OTR position that provides strong weekly pay, reliable miles, and no-touch freight. This role is ideal for drivers who want consistent nationwide routes and predictable home time.
Freight & Miles
- OTR reefer and dry van freight
- 100 percent no touch
- 2,500-2,800 miles per week
- Top 25 percent reach about $1,700 weekly
Pay Package
- $0.43-$0.58 CPM depending on verified experience
- Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM
- Paid orientation with $300 added to the first check

Home Time
- 21 days out with 3-4 full days at home
- Truck may be taken home during time off
Trainee Program
- Open to drivers 21+ with CDL-A and minimum 120 hours from an accredited school
- Paid training lasting 4-6 weeks
- Rider and pet privileges active once training is complete
Driver Duties
- Safe operation of a Class A tractor-trailer
- On-time delivery of assigned freight
- Pre- and post-trip inspections
- Accurate DOT log maintenance
Minimum Requirements
- 21 or older with a valid CDL-A
- Six months of solo verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must pass DOT physical and drug test
- No recent DUI, major accidents, or drug-related offenses
- SAP not accepted
