About the job CDL A Paid Training Home Every Two Weeks
Earn while you learn with a structured CDL-A paid training program designed for new drivers. Build the experience and confidence to succeed in long haul trucking while getting paid every week.
Pay & Benefits:
- Training program: 4-6 weeks of paid on the road instruction with an experienced mentor.
- Orientation bonus: $300 added to your first check.
- After training: $0.56-$0.64 CPM depending on miles and performance.
- Average weekly pay: $1,300 as a solo driver.
- 1,600-2,200 average miles weekly.
- 100% no touch freight and 50% drop and hook.

- Rider and pet policy available post training.
Schedule & Home Time:
- 4-6 weeks paid on the road during mentorship.
- Home every 14 days for two consecutive days off.
Requirements:
- CDL-A license from a certified training school.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- No DUIs within 5 years and clean driving record.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
