About the job CDL-A Reefer Driver - CDL School Graduates - Paid Training
Reefer sounds complicated when you're new, so your trainer walks you through every bit of it on real loads. After that it's your own truck, $1,250 to $1,450 a week, and home every 2 weeks
Starting Out
- Paid training with an experienced trainer, every week
- Temperature controlled freight that moves all year
- Your own truck once you're signed off
Your Paycheck
- $1,250 to $1,450 average weekly gross
- $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months solo
- About 2,100 miles a week
- Monthly performance bonus
Home Time
- Home every 2 weeks
- Day and night dispatch

To Apply You Need
- Class A CDL, 21 or older
- 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
- Valid license and 3 years of work history
- 2 moving violations or fewer in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, clean DUI/DWI history for 5 to 10 years
- Pass hair and urine drug testing
