Lebanon drivers: temperature controlled freight, real solo miles, and paid training for brand new CDL holders.

Pay

• $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross
• $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch
• Monthly bonus when you meet requirements

• OTR reefer freight
• 1,900 to 2,500 solo miles a week
• Home every 2 weeks
• Day and night dispatch

• Over the road with an experienced trainer
• Guaranteed weekly training pay
• Full solo pay after

• Medical, dental and vision kick in at 30 days
• 401k with a company match
• PTO that builds as you work
• $300 orientation pay, and the trip to orientation is covered
• Riders and pets: experienced drivers from day one, new drivers after training

• Class A CDL, 21 or older
• Brand new drivers: proof of 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• 2 moving violations or fewer in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years
• Clean DUI/DWI history for 5 to 10 years, based on when you got your CDL
• Able to pass a DOT physical plus hair and urine drug testing
