What You'll Do:

• Haul 100% no-touch reefer freight, 50% drop-and-hook
• Average 2,500 miles/week
• Operate modern assigned trucks with APU and automatic

• $0.56-$0.64 CPM (based on verifiable experience)
• Avg weekly pay $1,300-$1,500
• Pay increases every 3-6 months
• Full benefits after 30 days, rider & pet allowed day one

• Must be 21+ with a valid CDL-A and at least 120 hours from an accredited trucking school
• Paid training: 4-6 weeks (200-250 hours)
• Regional & OTR routes during training
• Start at $0.56 CPM after training completion
• Rider and pet allowed after training
• Full support and guidance from experienced drivers throughout training

• CDL-A, 21+
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 6 months recent tractor trailer experience
• Pass DOT drug & physical
