• Revenue Percentage: Earn 27% of the linehaul on every load.

• Non-Taxable Per Diem: $300 weekly allowance to increase your take-home pay.
• Accessorial Compensation: $40 per tarp, $16/hour for detention (after 2 hours), and $50 for layovers.

• Home Time: Regional scheduling with guaranteed weekends at home.
• Equipment: Premium late-model automatic tractors (Kenworth T680 & Freightliner Cascadia).
• Average Mileage: 2,300 - 2,800 miles weekly across predictable regional lanes.
• Load Profile: Specialized steel freight; tarping is necessary for approximately 40-50% of assignments.
