Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 1200 - 1400 USD per week

We specialize in high-efficiency logistics with 100 percent no-touch freight, ensuring you spend your time driving, not loading. This position is open to both seasoned professionals and recent CDL-A graduates seeking a structured career path.
Driver Compensation and PerksEarnings:
- 1200 - 1400 weekly average for experienced drivers
- Entry-Level Path: Paid 4-6 week mentorship program for new graduates (650 per week)
- Sign-on Support: 300 orientation pay plus 15 per additional stop
- Modern Fleet: Access to late-model, well-maintained equipment

Operational Schedule
- Distance: Consistent 2500 miles on average per week
- Home Time: Predictable bi-weekly rotations (14 days out / 2 full days home)

Strict Candidate Requirements
To maintain our safety standards, all applicants must meet the following:
- Licensure: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- Education: Completion of a 120 plus hour certified CDL training program
- Age: Minimum 21 years old
- Safety Record: No major violations or DUIs within the last 60 months
- Screening: Must pass comprehensive DOT physicals, including hair and urine toxicology
- Verification: Stable and documented employment history
