Just finished trucking school? Looking for a company that will actually train you and get you home every weekend? We are hiring motivated CDL-A graduates in the Cicero area for our Midwest Regional Trainee Program. Start with paid mentorship and transition into your own truck in just a few weeks.

The Paid Training Program

• Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $655 per week during your training phase.
• Duration: 3 to 5 weeks of 1-on-1 mentorship with an experienced driver.
• Real-World Experience: Master the Midwest lanes (IL, IN, MI, OH, KY) before going solo.
• Direct Path: Move straight into your own 2022 or newer truck upon successful completion.

• Competitive CPM: Starting pay of $0.56 CPM.
• Average Weekly Gross: $1,250 - $1,500.
• Top Earners: $1,800+ per week.
• Performance Bonus: Up to an additional $0.08 CPM.
• Home Time: Guaranteed home every Saturday and Sunday for your 34-hour reset.

• The Fleet: 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680.
• Modern Freight: Live loads, unloads, and drop-and-hook.
• Flexibility: Day and night shifts available; weekends and holidays are not mandatory.
• Support: 24/7 operations support to keep you moving safely.

• Full Coverage: Medical, Dental, and Vision after 30 days.
• Rider & Pet Policy: Available once you transition to solo driving.
• Paid Time Off: Paid vacation after one year.

• Licensing: Valid CDL-A.
• Education: Minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school.
• Location: Must live within 100 miles of Gary, IN (Cicero is in the heart of this zone).
• Safety: No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months; no DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
• Age: Must be 21+ and pass a DOT drug screen/physical.
