Launch your driving career with paid training and guaranteed weekly pay. If you've recently graduated from a certified CDL school, this is your chance to earn steady income while gaining real OTR experience.
Paid Training & Orientation
We make it simple to start. Orientation is fully covered with $300 pay, plus all travel and hotel expenses provided. During 4-6 weeks of on-the-road training, you'll work directly with a professional driver mentor. Our structured program ensures you learn safe driving practices, route planning, and freight handling while building confidence behind the wheel.
What You Can Expect After Training
- Starting pay at $0.56 CPM, averaging $1,300 per week
- Consistent miles: 1,600-2,200 per week
- Home time every 14 days with 2 full days off
- 100% no-touch freight, with 50% drop and hook
- Pay increases available up to $0.64 CPM as you grow

Driver Qualifications
- CDL-A license and at least 21 years of age
- Graduate of a certified CDL school
- No DUIs within the last 5 years
- Clean MVR (no major violations in the last 3 years)
- Ability to pass both urine and hair drug testing
- Limited employment gaps preferred
