Drive regional Midwest lanes with stable freight, consistent miles, and a weekly schedule that gets you home regularly. This role is built around predictable earnings, simple freight, and minimal downtime between loads.
Pay Overview
- Weekly earnings range from $1300 to $1700
- $0.56-$0.64 CPM depending on background
- 1500-1800 miles weekly
- $15 per stop and $15 short haul pay
- Incentives tied to performance
Work Schedule
- Depart early week and return before weekend
- Home time every week
Freight Setup
- Dry van only
- No-touch freight across all runs
- Mix of drop and hook and live deliveries
- Loads are assigned in advance
Driving Role
- Solo driving position
- Regional coverage within Midwest states
- Reliable dispatch with consistent workflow
Entry-Level Option
- Recent CDL-A graduates with 120 hours may be eligible
- Onboarding support provided to new drivers
- Paid training available based on approval
Basic Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be at least 21
- Experience: 6 months recent OTR or 1 year in last 5 years
- Stable employment record required
- Must pass DOT and drug testing (hair and urine)
- No Clearinghouse issues
