Kansas sits right in the middle of the country's busiest freight lanes, and this western fleet needs new drivers to run them. Bring your CDL, get paid $850 a week while you train, and then run long western miles with a guaranteed weekly floor.

First Steps

• Paid on the road training with an experienced driver trainer
• $850 per week training pay
• Your own truck after 4 to 6 weeks
• $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo

• States west of the Mississippi, wide open roads
• 2,100 to 2,400 miles a week
• Home every two to three weeks
• Drop and hook on most loads

• $1,100 to $1,400 average weekly gross
• $0.50 per mile to start, rising with experience
• $15 stop pay
• Performance bonus plan

• Medical, dental and vision after 30 days
• 401k with company match and paid time off
• $300 orientation pay, travel to orientation covered
• Rider and pet allowed once training is done

• Valid Class A CDL, 21 or older
• New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years
• Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical
