Are you a resident of Kankakee or the surrounding area and just received your CDL-A? Stop looking for "experience" and start earning it. We are hiring motivated new graduates specifically from the Kankakee area for our Midwest Regional Trainee Program. We offer a clear path from the classroom to a high-paying solo seat with the weekend home time you need.

The Paid Training Program

• Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $655 per week while you train.
• 1-on-1 Mentorship: 3 to 5 weeks of hands-on mentorship with a veteran driver.
• Midwest Lanes: Get comfortable running routes through IL, IN, MI, OH, and KY.
• The Upgrade: Graduate directly into your own 2022 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth.

• Starting Pay: $0.56 CPM.
• Average Weekly Gross: $1,400 - $1,500.
• Top Performers: Earn $1,800+ per week.
• Performance Bonus: Up to an additional $0.08 CPM for safe, productive driving.
• Home Time: Guaranteed home every Saturday and Sunday for your 34-hour reset.

• Modern Fleet: Drive 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680.
• Flexibility: Day and night shifts available; weekends and holidays are NOT mandatory.
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop (excluding first and last).
• Support: 24/7 operations support-we're always just a phone call away.

• Full Coverage: Medical, Dental, and Vision after 30 days.
• Life on the Road: Rider and pet policies available once you go solo.
• PTO: Paid vacation after one year.

• License: Valid CDL-A.
• Education: Minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school.
• Location: Must live within 100 miles of Gary, IN (Kankakee is perfectly positioned for this).
• Safety: No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months; no DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
• Age: 21+ and must pass a DOT drug screen and physical.
