Step into your future as a Class A truck driver with a hands-on training program that pays you while you learn. Work alongside an experienced mentor and build the skills needed to confidently run solo routes.
Training Experience
- 4-6 weeks of on-the-road training with a professional mentor
- All training weeks are fully paid
- $300 orientation bonus applied to your first solo paycheck
Earnings After Training
- $0.56 per mile on all miles
- Average weekly pay: $1,300-$1,400 depending on mileage
- Typical weekly mileage: 1,600-2,200 miles
Freight & Schedule
- 100% no-touch freight, with roughly 50% drop & hook
- Consistent weekly miles between 1,600 and 2,200
- Home every 14 days with two full days off after completing training

Driver Requirements
- CDL-A from an accredited school (minimum 120 hours)
- Minimum age 21
- No DUIs within the past 5 years
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years
- Must pass hair and urine drug screenings
- Reliable work history with minimal gaps
