Most North Texas carriers want a year of experience before they look at you. This one hires new CDL holders, pays you every week during training and backs your first 3 solo months with a guaranteed floor.

Pay Breakdown

• $850 a week during 4 to 6 weeks of mentor training
• $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross once solo
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for 3 months after your first solo dispatch
• $25 stop pay and a performance bonus

• Temperature-controlled freight out of the Lancaster terminal
• Main lanes: TX to TN, TX to IL, TX to GA
• 1,800 to 2,000 miles a week
• Mix of drop and hook, preloads and live loads

• Home every 2 weeks, depending on location
• Riders and pets after training
• $300 orientation pay, travel covered

• Health, dental and vision after 30 days
• 401(k) with company match

• At least 21 with a valid Class A CDL
• 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, no experience needed
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine drug testing
