West Michigan has no shortage of people with a fresh Class A license and nowhere to use it. If that sounds like you, here is a fleet that will train you on the road, pay you from the first week, and guarantee your income while you find your footing.

Your First Weeks

You are matched with an experienced trainer and spend 4 to 6 weeks hauling real loads together. Training pays $900 a week. Once your trainer signs off you move into your own truck, and your first 3 months of solo driving are backed by a $1,000 weekly guarantee.

What the Job Feels Like

• Two Weeks Out, Then Home: A schedule you can plan your life around
• East of the Mississippi: Loads do not go far west
• 2,100 to 2,500 Miles: Steady freight, not a lot of sitting
• Dry Van Work: Drop and hook plus some live stops

• Weekly Average: $1,200 to $1,400
• Rate: A starting rate of 55 cents that grows by a cent for each additional year behind the wheel, up to 65 cents
• Extras: $15 per stop and a monthly bonus for performance

• Medical, dental, and vision after 30 days
• 401k with a company match
• Paid time off
• $300 orientation pay, travel to orientation covered
• A rider or pet can join you: day one if experienced, after training if new

• Drivers 21 and older with a valid Class A CDL
• New drivers who completed 120+ hours at an accredited CDL program, or drivers with 6 months OTR in the last year or 12 months in 5 years
• Two or fewer moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accident in 5
• No DUI or DWI within 5 to 10 years
• Able to pass a DOT physical and hair and urine drug screening
• Living within 200 miles of Detroit, MI
