Las Cruces, the terminal is just down I-10 and the hiring door is open for new Class A holders. Get trained, go solo, and run a big chunk of the country without touching the Northeast.

• Close Terminal: based out of El Paso, a short drive from home
• Big Territory: everything east of Denver except the Northeast
• Freight Mix: drop and hook, live loads and live unloads
• Home Time: every 2 weeks, other options can be discussed

• $1,200 to $1,800 average weekly gross depending on experience
• $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after solo dispatch
• $15 stop pay plus monthly performance bonus
• 1,800 to 2,200 miles a week

• New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply
• 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer
• Guaranteed weekly training pay, then straight to full solo driver pay
• Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school

• $300 orientation pay on your first paycheck, travel to orientation covered
• Riders and pets allowed after training

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
