Housekeeper/Van Driver (CDL Class B w/ Passenger Endorsement Required)

Location: Wheatfield Towers located in Niagara Falls, NY

Schedule: Part Time- 20 hours a week

Purpose:

Are you someone who takes pride in cleanliness and enjoys being behind the wheel? We're looking for a dependable Housekeeper/Van Driver to keep our community clean and welcoming-and drive our 18-passenger van to support residents in getting where they need to go! You'll play a vital role in keeping our property looking its best and in supporting the independence and mobility of our residents.

A CDL Class B license with a Passenger Endorsement (P) is REQUIRED for this role.

What You'll Do:

Housekeeping Responsibilities:

• Clean common areas, bathrooms, model/vacant apartments, and prepare units for new residents.

• Maintain a regular cleaning schedule and ensure a fresh, welcoming environment.

• Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and notify the Property Manager when items are low.

• Complete work orders and document cleaning activity.

Van Driving Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents using our 18-passenger van for outings, appointments, and scheduled activities.

• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.

• Communicate effectively and courteously with residents and staff while ensuring their comfort and safety.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Report maintenance issues and assist with vendor coordination as needed.

• Support a respectful, clean, and safe community following all federal, state, and company guidelines.

• Attend meetings and complete training as required.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.

• CDL Class B license with a Passenger Endorsement (P) - required.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Professional, compassionate, and committed to service excellence.

• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and safety protocols.
