We are hiring CDL-A Tractor Trailer Drivers for regional store delivery routes based out of Syracuse, NY. This role offers home-daily scheduling, modern equipment, and stable, year-round work.

Job Overview:

Position Highlights:
- Home Daily: No multi-day hauls
- Flexible Scheduling: Start times available to align with operational needs
- Late-Model Equipment: Fleet is 3 years old or newer; primarily automatic transmissions
- Consistent Regional Routes: Deliveries to stores and facilities within the service region
- No-Touch Freight: 99% of freight handled with powered pallet jacks
Pay & Benefits
- Compensation based on verified experience (up to $116,000 annually for top-scale drivers)
- Weekly pay with eligibility for:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 5 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Current DOT medical card and acceptable MVR
- Doubles/Triples Endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Professional attitude and strong safety commitment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate a well-maintained tractor-trailer on local and regional routes
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections using provided tools and technology
- Follow all DOT and company regulations to ensure safe delivery operations
- Collaborate with dispatch and delivery teams to maintain route efficiency
