Safely operates NWC buses and other vehicles for various activities. Hours are based on need, wage is $21.35/hour (FY2025). Non-benefitted.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties Required Training and Experience

Valid WY Class "B" CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements and current medical card;

At least two years bus driving experience with coach experience preferred;

Ability to pass motor vehicle records check, DOT physical and drug testing;

Availability on weekends and overnights.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

At least two years bus driving experience with coach experience preferred.

Must have acceptable background check

Physical Requirements

Ability to pass DOT physical and associated medical requirements.

Positions in this class typically require: climbing, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, fingering, grasping, talking, hearing and seeing.

Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Incumbents may be subjected to dusts, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, and travel. May require night/evening, holiday, and weekend work.
