*Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry including extensive knowledge of framing, drywall, masonry,
heavy equipment fundamentals, project management, concrete, plumbing, electricity, and blueprint reading




Must meet industry qualifications, hold industry credentials, and local requirements to complete construction projects and
operate heavy equipment


Building Technology teaching license preferred or ability to
obtain


A proven genuine interest in high school level students


Willingness to work closely with academic teachers to meet student needs


Strong communication skills and an ability to relate well with students, staff, parents, and the community


Bus driver CDL license preferred or ability to obtain


Must complete BCI/FBI and drug test
