Pay: Starting at $28.00 per hour (based on experience and driving evaluation)

This position involves operating roll-off trucks to deliver, exchange, and remove dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites throughout Northern Virginia.

Pack Rat Hauling is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Roll-Off Driver to join our growing team in Leesburg, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to safe and efficient operations.
This position involves operating roll-off trucks to deliver, exchange, and remove dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites throughout Northern Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL roll-off truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
- Secure containers and loads properly before transport.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and dispatch.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all job sites.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of assigned equipment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.
Required
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service
- Previous roll-off driving experience
- Manual transmission experience
- Monday through Friday
- Typical work week: 40-50 hours
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
