Part Time CDL-A Drivers (36)

Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is currently seeking part-time CDL-A test drivers for hiring safety-minded individuals to join our team as Part-time Evaluation Drivers in the Livonia area. Whether you're a seasoned professional, a veteran, or a retiree looking for a flexible, rewarding gig - this is your chance to get behind the wheel of the latest pre-production vehicles and help shape the future of automotive innovation. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of US driving experience with a valid CDL-A license and a good driving record. Shifts:

• AM Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
  • The site operates 7 days/week however, you will only be scheduled based upon your availability
  • Flexible scheduling with AM day shifts available

• Test drive pre-production vehicles for an automotive Tier 1 supplier
• Evaluate performance, durability, comfort and vehicle noise abnormalities while providing real-time feedback
• Drive in small groups on pre-planned routes
• Test drivers are not required to have any automotive technical experience

• General drivers can earn $14.50/hr. on PM shifts & ALL weekend shifts and $14.00/hr. on AM shifts (Monday - Friday)
• Chauffeur drivers can earn up to $18.00/hr. when driving qualified chauffeur vehicles only
• CDL-A drivers can earn up to $20.00/hr. when driving qualified CDL-A vehicles only

• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and a good driving record
• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.S.
• Must have air brake endorsement
• Able to pass a written driving test, read maps and follow directions
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills (in English)
