We are seeking a reliable and flexible Driver to serve as a backup across multiple delivery routes. This role is responsible for learning all assigned routes and stepping in to cover deliveries when drivers are out. When route coverage is not needed, this individual will ride along with other drivers to assist with deliveries and support daily operations. Ideal for someone adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable with changing daily responsibilities.

Compensation
- Guaranteed minimum weekly pay: $1,440
- Opportunity to earn more based on miles, stops, and overnights

- Deliver pet food and supplies to independent pet retailers
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at delivery locations
- Offload product using a pallet jack or hand truck
- Lift and move products up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Complete required paperwork and maintain DOT compliance records
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL
- Valid DOT Medical Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
- Experience operating lift gates preferred
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, MVR, and background check
- Strong customer service and communication skills
