Prime One is hiring experienced CDL A TEAM DRIVERS for both our Lease/Rent and Company Driver programs. We specialize in high-value freight, allowing our teams to earn top pay with consistent, reliable miles.
TEAM DRIVERS ONLY - NO SOLO DRIVERS.
LEASE / OWNER-OPERATOR TEAMS.

Prime One is hiring experienced CDL A TEAM DRIVERS for both our Lease/Rent and Company Driver programs. We specialize in high-value freight, allowing our teams to earn top pay with consistent, reliable miles.
TEAM DRIVERS ONLY - NO SOLO DRIVERS.
LEASE / OWNER-OPERATOR TEAMS.
$12,000 - $16,000 Weekly Gross per Team (GUARANTEED).
What We Offer:
- $2.20 - $4.00 per mile on premium loads.
- Consistent miles every week GUARANTEED.
- 24/7 dispatch and full operational support.
- New equipment: 2022-2027 Freightliner, Volvo, International.
Fixed Weekly Costs:
- $900 truck fee.
- $0.15 per mile depreciation.
- $450 insurance.
- $150 trailer fee.
- $150 admin fee.
- $70 OCC/ACC.
- 15% service charge.
Escrow:
- $3,000 per driver.
- $250 or $500 weekly deductions.
- 100% refundable after 45 days.
Take-Home:
- $2,200 - $4,000 weekly per driver GUARANTEED.
- $4,400 - $8,000 weekly per team.
COMPANY TEAM DRIVERS.
CONSISTENT MILES | GUARANTEED PAY.
What We Offer:
- $0.75 - $0.90 per mile GUARANTEED.
- 5,000 - 7,000 miles per week GUARANTEED.
- $1,800 - $2,800 weekly take-home per driver.
- Stable, year-round freight.
- Full dispatch support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- TEAM DRIVERS ONLY - no solo drivers.
- Minimum 1 year CDL A experience.
- No SAP or incomplete SAP.
- Ready to run immediately.
