- Hourly Rate: $30.84/hour (base rate), with opportunities for premium pay depending on load complexity
- Job Stability: Year-round work with established customer projects

- Training & Development: Work with state-of-the-art equipment and gain experience in specialized heavy haul operations
Work Schedule
- Local routes - Home Weekly
- Average of 50-55 hours per week with guaranteed 10-hour daily minimums
- Primarily flatbed, oversize, and specialized cargo projects
- Operations focused across Texas, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri
Qualifications
What you need to succeed:
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for oversize heavy haul transportation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in oversized heavy haul transportation.
- Experience with permits, escorts, and oversize routing preferred
- Strong safety record and commitment to compliance
- Ability to handle irregular routes within the Midwest/Texas region while returning home weekly
