$1,000 Sign-On Bonus | Local Work | Year-Round
CDL Driver + Equipment Operator (Hands-On Role) | Home Daily
We are hiring CDL Class A drivers who are willing to work on-site, not just drive.
This is a hands-on position where you will be part of the job from start to finish, including operating equipment and assisting with installations.

What You'll Do
• Drive CDL Class A or B trucks to and from job sites
• Operate and assist with blower trucks (Express & Peterson units)
• Install mulch, compost, and other materials
• Perform general labor on job sites as needed
• Assist with hauling materials and equipment during off-season months
Qualifications

• CDL Class A (preferred)
• Ability to perform physical labor daily
• Reliable transportation to Perrysburg, OH
• 1+ year driving experience preferred

Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Seasonal Saturdays (Spring/Summer): 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Home daily
- Year-round work
Pay
- Base Pay: $20 - $29/hour (based on experience)
- Prevailing Wage Jobs: $33 - $46/hour when applicable
- Overtime available
- Additional pay potential for equipment experience (loaders, excavators)
