Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Type: Full-Time | W-2
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

RS Group is hiring dependable CDL Class A Drivers based in Atlanta, GA. From now through January is our busy season, so expect mostly regional runs. Every regional run is a direct delivery with a backhaul straight home, so you're never out for weeks. After January, things slow down and about 90% of the work is local around Atlanta.

Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A License
Current DOT Medical Card
2+ years of commercial driving experience
Clean driving record
Comfortable with regional runs
Ability to safely load and unload freight when required
Must pass DOT drug screen, background check, MVR, and PSP report
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

53' dry van experience
Flatbed trailer experience
Regional or OTR experience

Responsibilities:

Safely operate commercial trucks on regional and local routes
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Deliver freight on schedule and load/unload when required
Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
Communicate with dispatch about delivery status and any issues on the road
Follow all DOT safety regulations and company policies
