We have done business across the United States and expanded our services to much more than portable toilets to include portable: bunk houses, campers, flushable restroom trailers, laundry facilities, mobile command centers, light towers, refrigeration units, water storage containers, temporary fencing, and generators.

Job Overview:
The CDL Class B Driver - Events Lead is responsible for leading and supporting event-related operations involving the transportation, setup, servicing, and breakdown of portable sanitation and mobile rental equipment for special events, construction projects, and customer locations. This position serves as a working lead and is considered a step below a Yard Supervisor, assisting with daily coordination of crews, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service while operating company vehicles safely and efficiently.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills while remaining hands-on in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate CDL Class B vehicles and equipment in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate and assist with the setup, servicing, and breakdown of event equipment including portable toilets, restroom trailers, fencing, bunkhouses, and related rental equipment.
- Lead small crews during event preparation and breakdown activities.
- Assist management with scheduling, routing, and prioritizing event-related tasks.
- Ensure all event equipment is delivered, cleaned, stocked, and presented to company standards.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate service records, delivery paperwork, and electronic documentation.
- Train and mentor new drivers and event personnel on company procedures and safety expectations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, management, dispatch, and team members regarding event timelines and operational needs.
- Assist in yard organization, inventory control, and equipment readiness when not in the field.
- Monitor team productivity and report operational concerns to management.
- Support emergency or after-hours event operations when required.
- Follow all company safety procedures and actively promote a safe work environment.
- Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements
- Valid CDL Class B license with acceptable driving record required.
- Tanker endorsement preferred or ability to obtain.
- Prior experience operating commercial vehicles and trailers required.
- Previous leadership, crew lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and move equipment weighing 50+ pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Ability to safely enter and exit commercial vehicles multiple times per day.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak event seasons.
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle safety standards.
- Ability to use mobile devices, routing software, and electronic documentation systems.
