Benefits

• CDL drivers' pay rate is based on experience and endorsements:
  • CDL A averages $1,800 - $2,200 per week
    • CDL A Hourly Wages are $25 - $30 per hour
  • CDL B averages $1,700 - $2,000 per week
    • CDL B hourly wages are $24 - $28 per hour
  • Overtime available - Typical driver works 60 hours per week
  • We provide all housing (hotels) when traveling and for training
  • We provide $35 per day per diem for food expenses when traveling
  • We have a full benefits package after 60 days of employment:
    • Medical, dental, and vision with Blue Cross & Blue Shield
    • 401K matching 50% with Principle Financial

Requirements

• Hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred but not required
• Need to pass a federal DOT drug test
• DOT MEC (Medical Examiners Certificate), we will send you for a DOT physical exam if you do not already have your MEC
• Physically able to easily lift 35 lbs.
• Must have a flexible schedule as the schedule may change due to weather conditions and during our busy season (May - October), the drivers usually average 60 hours per week
