Pay: $1,450 to $1,625 per week

This CDL-A truck driver position is designed for drivers who want consistent regional freight, reliable weekly miles, and a schedule that supports predictable home time.
Dispatch works to plan loads in advance, helping reduce downtime between runs while maintaining steady movement throughout the week and clear communication on load timing and expectations.
Compensation and Equipment:
Weekly pay averaging $1,450 to $1,625
6 full days home every month with scheduling flexibility
Health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid vacation and holidays
Additional pay for stops, detention, layover, breakdowns, and clean inspections
Late-model Peterbilt 579s with SiriusXM, inverter, TV mount, refrigerator, and Espar bunk heater
You'll be assigned your own late-model Peterbilt with no slip seating. Equipment is maintained on schedule to help reduce downtime and keep you moving.
You will receive transition pay during your first few weeks so your paycheck stays steady while you get familiar with lanes and operations.
Getting Started:
Orientation is quick and focused, covering what you need before getting on the road. Hotel, travel, and meals are covered, and you'll leave with your assigned truck and first dispatch ready.

Requirements:
A valid CDL-A license
At least 1 year of verified over-the-road experience
