Full Description
Location: Charleston, SC | Home Time: 1 day off for every 7 days out plus rolling weekly reset
Pay: $1,375 to $1,575 per week | Freight: 85-90% drop and hook, no-touch regional freight
Route stability and regional lanes give experienced drivers a position focused on productive mileage, efficient freight movement, and a practical schedule for getting back home.
What This Job Offers
Your earned home time begins the day after you arrive home so the arrival day does not count against your time off. NYC freight is not part of the route.
Equipment You Can Count On
Drivers operate Kenworth T680 automatic trucks equipped for multi-day regional runs.
Trucks are serviced every six months to help keep equipment operating reliably and reduce unnecessary downtime.

- Drivers earn $1,375 to $1,575 per week with approximately 2,500-2,600 miles each week.
- Typical runs keep drivers out 7-9 days with 1 full day off for every 7 days out and a rolling weekly reset.
- Freight is primarily no-touch and 85-90% drop and hook, reducing the amount of freight handling required throughout the week.

- Double bunks and brand-new mattresses
- Smart Idle and bunk heaters
- 1500-watt inverters
Trucks are serviced every six months to help keep equipment operating reliably and reduce unnecessary downtime.
Compensation Doesn't Stop at Mileage
Several additional earning opportunities and programs are available in addition to mileage pay:
- Detention pay: $16/hour after 2 hours
- Layover pay: $125 per day after 48 hours
- Holiday pay: $60 per day
- Optional Hazmat opportunities
- Per diem available
