Pay: $1,300 to $1,500 per week running 2,500-2,600 miles
Home Time: Home weekly
Freight: 85-90% drop and hook regional freight
Location: New Orleans, LA 70112

Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A regional drivers looking for balanced regional freight, dependable miles, and practical scheduling that allows drivers to stay productive without unnecessary downtime.
Drivers average 2,500-2,600 miles weekly with 85-90% drop and hook freight designed to keep trucks moving efficiently throughout the week.
Pay & Weekly Miles
Drivers in this regional position average $1,300 to $1,500 per week depending on mileage and workload consistency. Weekly miles generally range between 2,500-2,600 with dispatch built around maintaining steady freight movement throughout the week.
Additional earnings include detention pay, layover pay, holiday pay, accessorial pay, and optional hazmat opportunities.
Drivers are paid weekly through direct deposit, helping provide dependable income consistency for drivers who want stable regional freight without constant route changes or unpredictable scheduling patterns.
Equipment & Driver Comfort
Drivers operate late-model Kenworth T680 automatic trucks equipped with Smart Idle systems, bunk heaters, double bunks, 1500w inverters, and brand-new mattresses designed for life on the road.
• No runs into NYC or New Jersey
• Home time can be taken anywhere along your route
Drivers typically run 7-9 days followed by a full 34+ hour weekly home reset designed to provide consistent time off between runs.
With access to more than 30 terminals nationwide, drivers are never far from clean showers, gyms, laundry facilities, and support services while on the road.
