Home Time: Home every weekend with a 48-hour reset
Location: Columbus, OH 43215
Established regional freight across familiar lanes
Weekend home time with a predictable schedule
Late-model Freightliner Cascadia assigned to every driver
No-touch freight with a balanced drop-and-hook mix
Reliable regional freight and established route planning give CDL-A drivers the opportunity to settle into familiar lanes while maintaining dependable weekend home time. The position is designed around consistent regional movement, allowing drivers to stay productive throughout the week without constantly adjusting to changing freight patterns.
Regional routes operate throughout the Northeast and Midwest, with most runs averaging around 250 miles. Approximately half of the freight is drop and hook, helping reduce delays at customer locations while keeping drivers focused on the road.
Inside Your Truck
Every CDL-A driver is assigned a late-model 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia with no slip seating. Each truck includes double bunks, SiriusXM radio, a 24-inch HD television, refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and a 1,500-watt inverter to provide the comfort and convenience needed during the workweek.
Pay & Schedule
Weekly pay is $1,350 to $1,650, paid every Friday by direct deposit. Additional compensation is provided for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeks. Drivers follow a Monday through Friday schedule before returning home for a full 48-hour weekend reset.
Your Workweek
No-touch freight helps keep the workday straightforward while the combination of live loads and approximately 50% drop-and-hook freight reduces unnecessary waiting. Established regional lanes provide familiarity from week to week, making it easier to build an efficient driving routine over time.
