Full Description
Location: Nashville, TN 37201
Home Time: Home every weekend with a 48-hour reset
Pay: $1,350 to $1,550 weekly
Freight: Regional no-touch freight, 50% drop and hook
Weekend home time every week
Regional freight across the Northeast and Midwest
No-touch loads with a drop and hook mix
Assigned Freightliner Cascadia equipment
Drivers looking for practical no-touch freight and regional lane movement will find a position built around steady regional runs, weekend home time, and equipment assigned to the driver.
We've been moving freight for over 90 years because we understand what professional CDL-A drivers need: reliable pay, predictable home time, and equipment that doesn't break down.
What You'll Earn
Average weekly earnings of $1,350 to $1,550, paid every Friday by direct deposit.
CDL-A drivers who maintain professional standards and accept available freight earn a $1,200 weekly minimum. Extra compensation for detention, layover, and breakdown situations keeps your paycheck fair when things don't go according to plan.
Your Schedule
Off every Saturday and Sunday with a real 48-hour reset period. Regional routes run from Maine down to Atlanta, west to Indiana and Illinois. Average haul distance is 250 miles.
• About half the loads are drop and hook
• All freight is no-touch
The Equipment
You'll drive an assigned 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia.
Each unit comes with a double bunk configuration, SiriusXM radio, 24-inch HD television, full-size refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and a 1,500-watt inverter for running your personal electronics.
Benefits
Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance. Delta Dental coverage. 401(k) with company matching after 60 days.
• Paid vacation and holiday time once established
• Family riders 13 and older for $5 per week insurance
• Dogs of any breed or size ride free
What We Need
A valid CDL-A license and one year of verifiable OTR experience. We're hiring CDL-A drivers who know how to do the job and want to work for a company that treats them with respect.
How to Get Started
Submit your application and our recruiting team will review your qualifications. Qualified drivers will be contacted to discuss available lanes and start dates.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
