Pay and Schedule
Drivers earn $1,450-$1,650 per week plus a $500 sign-on bonus. Weekly routes average 1,800-2,000 miles on established customer accounts.
The schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday with guaranteed Sunday and Monday off every week. Drivers also average 2-3 additional home visits during the workweek because routes remain within the Southeast.
Start times generally range from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. Most days run 11-13 hours, although some assignments finish closer to eight hours depending on freight volume.
Dedicated Route Details
You'll deliver automotive parts to familiar customer locations with routes that typically include 18-23 stops. Repeating the same delivery lanes helps build familiarity with customer expectations and daily routines.
Electric pallet jacks are used for every delivery, reducing manual freight handling while keeping each stop efficient.
This operation includes 1-2 layovers each week, with customer parking available at no cost.
Equipment
Drivers operate well-maintained 2020 Freightliner Cascadia trucks with automatic transmissions, hydraulic lift gates, collision avoidance technology, and blind spot detection.
Both sleeper and day cab configurations are available based on operational needs. Trucks are governed at 65 mph and follow a regular preventive maintenance schedule.
Driver Qualifications
• At least 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
• Current Hazmat endorsement required
• Comfortable with night driving and early-morning starts
• Clean driving record and professional attitude
