Location: Dover, DE | Home Time: 1 day off for every 7 days out plus rolling weekly reset
Pay: $1,375 to $1,575 per week | Freight: 85-90% drop and hook, no-touch regional freight
Practical regional freight and dependable route planning provide drivers with steady mileage, efficient freight movement, and a defined home-time schedule between regional runs.
What This Job Offers
Home time starts the day after you arrive home, giving you the full earned time off before returning to the road. Routes do not run into NYC.
Equipment You Can Count On
Late-model Kenworth T680 automatic trucks are equipped for regional driving and overnight comfort.
Equipment is serviced every six months to help maintain reliability and limit downtime during regional runs.

Drivers have access to additional earning opportunities and programs beyond mileage pay:

- Drivers earn $1,375 to $1,575 per week while running approximately 2,500-2,600 miles weekly.
- The schedule typically keeps drivers out 7-9 days with 1 full day off earned for every 7 days out, plus a rolling weekly reset.
- Freight is 85-90% drop and hook and primarily no-touch, helping keep freight handling and loading delays limited.

- Smart Idle and bunk heaters
- 1500-watt inverters

Compensation Doesn't Stop at Mileage
Drivers have access to additional earning opportunities and programs beyond mileage pay:
- Detention pay: $16/hour after 2 hours
- Layover pay: $125 per day after 48 hours
- Holiday pay: $60 per day
- Per diem available
- Optional Hazmat opportunities
