This is a home weekly position built for CDL-A truck drivers who want consistent miles and a schedule that makes it easier to plan life outside of work. You'll run regional freight with routes designed to keep drivers moving efficiently while maintaining reliable home time throughout the month.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Weekly pay averaging $1,375 to $1,575
• 6 full days home every month with scheduling flexibility
Late-model Peterbilt 579s equipped with SiriusXM, inverters, TV mounts, refrigerators, and Espar bunk heaters. Drivers are assigned their own truck, so there is no slip seating and no constantly changing equipment setups.
Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid vacation, and paid holidays. Additional compensation is available for stops, breakdowns, detention, layover, and clean inspection bonuses.
Assigned equipment is serviced on a regular schedule to support consistent operation.
When you start, you'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while learning lanes and getting familiar with the operation.
Getting Started:
Orientation covers what CDL-A truck drivers need before hitting the road. Rouse Trucking covers hotel, meals, and travel expenses. Drivers leave orientation with their assigned truck and first dispatch.
What We Need From You:
A valid CDL-A license and at least 1 year of verified over-the-road experience. We're looking for CDL-A truck drivers who show up prepared and ready to work professionally.
Our Hiring Steps:
We'll review your driving history and experience, then contact qualified drivers to discuss lane options and available start dates.
EOE: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
