Pay: $1,450-$1,650 Weekly
Freight: Regional freight
Home Time: Home weekly with flexible scheduling
Location: Roanoke, VA 24011
• Established regional lane coverage
• Practical dispatch planning support
• Assigned Peterbilt 579 equipment
• Weekly home time with flexible scheduling
Practical lane coverage and dependable dispatch planning help create an organized regional position for CDL-A truck drivers who value steady freight and familiar routes. Established customer lanes support productive weekly miles while providing the consistency needed to maintain dependable home time.
The Route: Regional freight operates across established lanes serving recurring customer locations throughout the week. Familiar delivery areas help drivers settle into a dependable routine while practical dispatch planning supports efficient freight movement from one load to the next.
The workload includes a combination of drop-and-hook and live freight, providing a balanced mix of freight while maintaining steady regional operations and dependable scheduling.
Transition pay during your first few weeks
Additional pay for stops, detention, breakdowns, layovers, and clean inspections
PrePass and EZ Pass provided
Your Truck: You'll be assigned a late-model Peterbilt 579 equipped with SiriusXM, an inverter, TV mount, refrigerator, and an Espar bunk heater. No slip seating allows you to stay in the same truck, while scheduled maintenance helps keep equipment reliable and ready for dispatch.
The truck's features are designed to support productive regional workweeks with the comfort, storage, and convenience drivers appreciate on the road.
Weekly Pay & Home Time: Weekly Pay is $1,450-$1,650, with additional opportunities to increase your paycheck through accessorial pay. Home weekly scheduling provides dependable time away from the road while supporting consistent regional miles.

Driver Qualifications
Valid CDL-A required
Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Professional attitude and commitment to safe driving
Getting Started: Orientation includes hotel accommodations, meals, and travel. Once orientation is complete, you'll leave in your assigned truck and begin your first dispatch with the equipment and route support needed for a successful start.
