Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for steady regional freight movement, dependable home weekly scheduling, and practical route planning throughout the week.
Here's What We Offer:
Weekly pay averaging $1,500 to $1,600
6 full days home every month with scheduling flexibility
Late-model Peterbilt 579s equipped with SiriusXM, inverters, TV mounts, refrigerators, and Espar bunk heaters

You'll be assigned your own late-model Peterbilt with driver comfort features designed to make regional driving more manageable. Equipment is maintained on schedule to help reduce downtime and keep freight moving consistently throughout the week. Dispatch planning is designed to support practical scheduling, steady regional movement, and reliable home time without unnecessary delays or last-minute changes.
When you start, you'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while getting familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations. We know it takes time to settle into a new operation, and the transition period is designed to help drivers stay productive while learning the lanes and freight patterns.
Getting Started:
Orientation covers what you need to know for our CDL-A truck drivers. We cover your hotel, travel expenses, and meals.
• Hotel and meals covered during orientation
• Transition pay provided during startup
What We Need From You:
A valid CDL-A license and at least 1 year of verified over-the-road experience. We're hiring CDL-A truck drivers who take the work seriously and show up ready to do the job right.
