About the Job
Ruan is hiring a Class A CDL flex driver for our fleet based out of Metairie, LA. Our flex driver will never have to worry about not having enough work available, because we'll send you to where extra help is needed! This driver will travel to operations around the United States and support the locations that are in need of extra coverage. Pay
Earn $40 per hour straight time, averaging $88,000 - $105,000 per year.
Schedule
Driver will be out up to five weeks at a time and home for one week, working locally, from 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. Must have real ID. Assist other operations across the country as needed (OTR routes, home daily routes, startups, etc.).
Equipment
Drive a 26' box truck with liftgate/48' rail gate with day cab and other equipment depending on operation driver is supporting. Driver load and unload carts of product.

Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- Additional qualifications will apply
- With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
