About the Job

Pay

Earn an average of $87,500 per year and $1,682 per week.

Schedule

Be home daily with a Thursday through Monday schedule! Start times will vary between 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Drivers are usually home every night, but if a layover occurs, you will be paid for your 10-hour break!

Equipment

Drive an assigned late-model Freightliner! This account is no-touch freight, all drop and hook. If a truck needs repairs, it's not going out until it is 100% ready. Tank endorsement is required.

What does a typical day look like for a Ruan Driver in Ankeny, Iowa?

Drivers on this account will start their day in Ankeny, IA with an empty trailer, drop the empty in Corwith, IA, or Malcom, IA, hook a preloaded trailer and take it to processing plants in either Lenox, IA Britt, IA, or Gaylord, MN.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• Additional qualifications will apply
• With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
