About the Job
Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers for our flex fleet. Our flex drivers never have to worry about not having enough work available, because we'll send you to where extra help is needed! These drivers will travel to various customers and operations across the United States who are in need of extra coverage. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826 .
Pay
Earn $43 per hour (straight time).
Schedule
Drivers are out for five weeks at a time, with a guaranteed 50-hour workweek, and one week off. Schedules and start times vary on the location a driver is assisting with.
Equipment
Operate different types of equipment based on operation. There is a mix of no-touch freight, driver assist, unloading, and tarping.

Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- Additional qualifications will apply
- With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
