About the Job

Ruan is now hiring Class A CDL Flex drivers to haul freight for our dedicated customer based in Rogers, MN! Flex drivers will learn several different dedicated routes to cover vacations, absences, and fill-ins. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Pay

Drivers will receive package pay, averaging $89,000 per year and $1,700 per week but are guaranteed $1,500 per week as a flex driver. Plus, enjoy an average of 40% to 60% employee discount on United Hardware products!

Schedule

Flex drivers will run various dedicated routes with multiple stops on this account. They can expect to be out for 1-2 weeks at a time and must be flexible with their days off depending on the routes assigned. When covering routes not based out of Rogers, MN, drivers will travel to Milbank, SD, or Billings, MT. Double endorsement is required.

Equipment

Haul in 2024 Freightliner Sleepers with preloaded heated trailers and may run double trailers. Use a powerlift manual pallet jack to tailgate pallets with some driver unload.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• Additional qualifications will apply
• With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
