Paving Crew Workers
Technical skills should include a practical knowledge of asphalt paving, grading and layout, plan reading, and basic mechanics. A valid Vermont Driver's License is required. A CDL driver license is a plus.
Applicant should have the ability to work unsupervised and should work well with others. Good problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and attention to detail are essential. The applicant should also be organized, neat, and professional.
