CDL-A Local Driver - East Hartford, CT
Pay Details & Schedule
Pay Details & Schedule
- Average Annual Pay: $80,000-$85,000
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,400+
- Mileage Pay: $0.78 CPM
- Stop Pay: $32 per stop
- Approximately 1,900 miles and 6-7 stops per week
- Paid weekly
- Monday-Friday; home daily
- Afternoon/evening start times between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM
- Typical finish times between 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM
- Dedicated bottled-beverage delivery account
- Palletized finished products hauled in dry van trailers
- No-touch freight
- Assigned late-model automatic day cab

- Benefits begin after 30 days
- 80 hours of vacation after one year
- Paid holidays and paid time off

- Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
- Must be at least 22 years old
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
- No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse profile required before hiring
- Must meet federal English-language requirements
- No SAP drivers
- Additional qualifications may apply
