Join a dedicated dry van account based in Phoenix, AZ with competitive weekly pay, performance bonus opportunities, and consistent OTR freight. Drivers run primarily through Arizona, Nevada, and California, with most freight handled by drop and hook.

- Phoenix, AZ 85043
- Routes originate from the Phoenix area
- Dedicated dispatch and planning support
- $1,100-$1,300 average weekly pay
- Swift Driver Performance Bonus
- Stop pay: $10 for the first stop + $15 for each additional stop
- Dedicated OTR dry van account
- 1,600-2,100 miles per week
- Phoenix → Las Vegas or St. George → Southern California → Phoenix
- California driving required
- 80-90% Drop & Hook
- Also includes live load, live unload, and preloaded freight
- Dedicated driver planner/dispatcher
- 34-hour restarts
- Day and night routes available
- Work schedule follows customer operations, including holidays as needed
- OTR schedule with regular restarts
- Valid Class A CDL
- First Seat experienced drivers and trainees considered
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Must be comfortable with OTR and California driving
- Ability to safely handle dry van freight and required loading/unloading duties
