CDL-A OTR Dry Van Driver | Costco - Phoenix, AZ
Join a dedicated over-the-road dry van operation starting in the Phoenix, AZ area. Earn $1,100-$1,300 per week while hauling primarily drop-and-hook freight on routes between Phoenix, Las Vegas or St. George, and Southern California. Both experienced drivers and trainees are welcome.

Join a dedicated over-the-road dry van operation starting in the Phoenix, AZ area. Earn $1,100-$1,300 per week while hauling primarily drop-and-hook freight on routes between Phoenix, Las Vegas or St. George, and Southern California. Both experienced drivers and trainees are welcome.
Pay Details & Schedule
- Weekly Pay: $1,100-$1,300
- Driver Performance Bonus available
- $10 for the first stop and $15 for each additional stop
- Day and night shifts available
- 34-hour restarts
- Routes may include holiday work based on customer operations
- Over-the-road schedule with extended regional routes
- Dedicated OTR dry van operation
- Routes between Phoenix, Las Vegas or St. George, and Southern California, with trips returning to Phoenix
- Approximately 80-90% drop-and-hook
- Mix of drop-and-hook, live-load, live-unload, and preloaded freight
- Dedicated dispatch and planning support
- California driving required
- Consistent freight based on customer operating schedules
- Valid Class A CDL
- Experienced first-seat drivers and trainees considered
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Must be comfortable with OTR driving and extended routes
- Must be able to drive safely in California and other assigned markets
- Must remain flexible for day/night shifts and holiday operations
- Dry van trailers
- Primarily drop-and-hook freight
- Live-load and live-unload operations
- Preloaded freight
