CDL-A Local Frozen Grocery Driver | Westfield, MA
Get home daily with a dedicated frozen grocery account based in Westfield, MA. Earn approximately $95,000 per year plus a $10,000 bonus while delivering fresh and frozen groceries throughout the Northeast.

Get home daily with a dedicated frozen grocery account based in Westfield, MA. Earn approximately $95,000 per year plus a $10,000 bonus while delivering fresh and frozen groceries throughout the Northeast.

- Local routes operate within a 250-mile radius
- Drivers must have reliable personal transportation to and from work
- Trucks cannot be taken home
- $95,000 average annual pay
- Approximately $1,850 average weekly pay
- $10,000 bonus
- $0.50-$0.54 CPM
- Additional pay may apply based on the account
- Dedicated frozen grocery account
- Approximately 1,865 miles per week
- Deliver fresh and frozen groceries using 46'-53' reefer trailers
- Multi-stop deliveries to supermarkets and distribution centers
- Approximately 31 stops per week
- Driver-assist unloading with automatic or manual pallet jacks
- Typically one long load per day, with an additional shorter load when hours permit
- Occasional returns and backhauls to the distribution center
- Delivery territory includes MA, CT, NJ, VT, RI, NH
- May support other local accounts as needed
- Home daily
- Monday-Friday + every other Saturday
- Start times between 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
- 12-14 hour shifts
- Occasional layovers may be required, with hotel accommodations provided
- Drivers should expect to work all holidays
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Comfortable with driver-assist unloading
- Able to operate a pallet jack
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Automatic daycabs
- Reefer trailers
- Slip-seat operation
- Uniforms provided
- Trucks cannot be taken home
- No riders or pets
