CDL-A Local Truck Driver - $87K-$95K | Home Daily
Join a dedicated local driving position based in Willmar, MN. Enjoy daily home time, consistent night routes, overtime opportunities, and competitive pay while operating throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.

$87,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

$87,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,600 - $1,850
- $1,000 Show Bonus - $500 after 30 days and $500 after 180 days
- $45/hour overtime after 40 hours
- Hourly pay when assisting other local accounts
- Holiday pay available immediately
- Dedicated local account operating throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin
- Average approximately 1,528 miles per week
- No-touch freight
- Pick up live poultry from local farms and deliver to processing facilities
- Complete multiple trips per day
- May assist other local accounts when needed
- Drivers may need to place protective slats over cages based on weather conditions
- Assigned automatic Freightliner day cabs
- Trucks must remain at the account during time off
- No passengers or pets permitted
- Sunday-Thursday schedule
- Start times between 8:00 PM and midnight
- Home daily with weekend time off
- Opportunity for additional work on a 6th day
- Some Friday work may be required
- Thanksgiving and Christmas work required
- Holiday pay available immediately
- Valid Class A driver's license
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- No SAP drivers
- Comfortable working around live poultry and agricultural freight
- Able to perform occasional outdoor duties based on weather conditions
