CDL-A Local Retail Driver - $80K-$95K + $5K Bonus | Oconomowoc, WI
Earn $80,110-$95,000 per year plus a $5,000 bonus on a dedicated local Target account. Enjoy home daily, a consistent 2 PM start, no-touch freight, and multiple schedule options.

Main Yard / Starting Location
- Oconomowoc, WI
- Local routes throughout Wisconsin and Illinois
- Deliver primarily to retail stores in Metro Chicago, Northern Illinois and Wisconsin
- $80,110-$95,000 average annual gross
- Approximately $1,550-$1,850 weekly
- $5,000 bonus
- $0.62 CPM
- $38 per live stop/backhaul
- $20 per store delivery outside 35 miles
- $30 per store delivery within 35 miles
- $50/day salary for a 6th day during November-December peak season
- Approximately 2,100 miles/week
- Dedicated local retail account
- Home daily
- 95% drop & hook / 5% live load/unload
- No-touch freight
- Deliver retail goods to stores throughout WI and IL
- Off-account work may be required when dedicated freight is slow
- Cross-training available, including flatbed certification
- Optional Hazmat endorsement with reimbursement
- Assigned trucks - no slip seating
- 2:00 PM start
- Average 11-12 hour shifts
- Home daily
- Schedule options:
- Wednesday-Sunday
- Thursday-Monday
- Friday-Tuesday
- Flexible days off may be available as long as days off are not Friday, Saturday or Sunday
- Optional 6th day available for additional income
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Able to work local retail delivery routes
- Willing to cross-train and perform off-account work when needed
- Hazmat is optional
- Automatic Freightliner and International daycabs
- Assigned truck - no slip seating
- Truck remains at the account during time off
- Uniform shirts provided
- PTO accrues starting Day One
- Holiday pay starts Day One
- Christmas Day off
- 24/7 on-site management
